    FreeSO on iOS

Since we already bring up random mobile platforms - ever tried building for Windows UWP just for fun?

Project Sims Ville - Sims 1 open source

Um, Windows 10, 12 gigs of RAM. Sure, I have Intel GPU but it handles surprising amount of things just fine including FreeSO. It's still confusing though.

Project Sims Ville - Sims 1 open source

Nevermind. You should at least include a tutorial or add better exception handling. It's not obvious that you need to select a Sim through gizmo first. Also, reloading the lot breaks everything. It's really confusing. Seems like "Sims"/"Properties" switch doesn't work reliably as well...

Project Sims Ville - Sims 1 open source

^ of course not. Attempt #2. Ok, you fixed a couple of things I told you about, but I'd prefer a more obvious way to go further from CAS so people won't end up closing their game ("x" button made sense in old UX flow, in current one it doesn't make any sense though). It's still not obvious how...

Project Sims Ville - Sims 1 open source

I used the one from "TSOVille1.3.rar" which you just posted. I could just re-record it again if you wish.

Project Sims Ville - Sims 1 open source

I'm surprised this topic is so quiet. Or, maybe just nobody ever ran this. Anyway, I did it today, hoping that I could see all these kuhl things you were posting about in this thread. I'm sorry for being harsh, but... This fork is so broken, I don't even know where to start. It's plagued by all...

    New Lot Style

I'm sure it could turn into an utter mess but being able to walk around the city like in TS3 with an ability to switch between lots dynamically would be surprisingly cool and probably tough to sync. I appreciate anything close to the open world though.

    Damn, that looks super cool.

FreeSO: UI Make Over The Sims 4 Edition

When it comes to modernizing FreeSO/FreeSO UI, I'd suggest starting by choosing things that could be considered iconic, or simply, which are making TSO feel like TSO. For example, there is a lot of blue colour in the interface (similar to all the sim games). You could make a palette of colors...

FreeSO: UI Make Over The Sims 4 Edition

This looks quite great, though since we're modernizing things, I'd suggest using something that is not Comic Sans. On the other hand, if I were to make a modernized version of TSO UI, it would probably still had the TSO feel, but remade using vector graphics. Retaining the old feel but enabling...

[LEGACY]How to join a server and install FreeSO

Install OpenAL. It basically says that.

How to use tracer, and debug force actions?

Afaik, that's super easy. Just put breakpoints on the primitives that you're debugging and then you can execute script step by step ("step in" etc. buttons), having access to variables at that point (whatever these are called in SimAntics). You should be able to change the scripts during runtime...

Freeso or NIOTSO? Better build potentially found!

It's the same version. Though an URL reveals it all, I might just as well post md5 checksum for everyone who still doubts, cause people love md5 checksums.

    How to rebind key?

lol, seriously Since you've already dug out this post. I doubt you still need it but last time I poured coffee on my keyboard and broke a few keys, I used SharpKeys to do remapping.
