I tried my hardest to stop him, but he just powered on through like he had max body skill or something.
 
I feel like the example at 5:10 in the video would be better to have the sims allowed to cross through each other in that scenario, it seems inconvenient to have the tunnel completely blocked because a sim is there. What if they don't move! Or would the system take over that sim and move them automatically? I could see how that works in offline sims, but would it work in the online server based version?
 
The sim trying to get through actually pushes requests onto the sim blocking the way to move, like the original game. It seems like the original game occasionally hacks sims past each other for convenience at points though.
 
When will be the Select a Sim Screen be back? And I found a bug, when the sim is sitting on the sofa as shown as in the screenshot, he is not able to go anywhere and not even able to stand up.

Generally when you put something in front of a sim on a sofa they cannot stand up. Sofas can only be exited and entered from the front afaik, try it in TS1.

One option there is to click "sit" on the middle pottion of the seat, and the sim will scoot over. You'll be able to get up onto the middle. Don't have game available right now so can't verify.

EDIT: OK, there is a bug here. For some reason you can sit on the sofa from a diagonal. This isn't possible in TS1, and also leads to the situation where you can get on the seat but cannot get off of it.

SaS will be back when we have official/better servers, since we are not using Afr0's AWS which contained all the databases.

Blocking Dialogs complete. That was easier than expected...

You can now restock the grill (with fake money) and (half) cook with it! For some reason the sim completely gives up and leaves some burning burgers on the grill for all eternity. You can also use the buffet table without the debug fill cheat.

It's probably also worth mentioning that you won't see other people's dialogs anymore either, so their excessive hiring of the maid and use of the food debug interactions are kept to themselves.

Good work for the video, the animations and collisions are now highly better. What you mean with that, when happens this??
 
Well it's in, so you'll be able to use it when I commit, probably later tonight. I'm going to see if I can get anything else done or find bugs first.
 
Just fixed the servo build, turns out I messed up the Release build target specifically. Blocking dialog and partial suits. The latest build isn't really suggested for the younger amongst you, js.
 
Modifying the resolution in the config file is no longer an option -- how can we make the resolution of the game 800x600? The 1024x768 is too tall for my laptop screen. Or is there a full screen ability?

I just figured out why my sim literally switched outfits when she interacted with the car once she joined. :l Partial Suits = Some clothes work.
