This August 1st we recall now 6yrs that TSO/EA-land is closed day for day... :(
I really wish good luck to developers to bring the game as it was in the past, thank you to work hard to give new life to this game, thank you for give to us the hope to be able to replay again. ;)

I miss TSO/EA Land. I mean I have played TirNura but it is not the same. The only thing I can see gameplay is by some videos on youtube and ones I downloaded off the net. But the thing that striked me is that TSO could have been more than EA made it to be. I hope we get our game back! I want to sit down and make friends with people on this great community. :)

I played this game after school as a kid and when i got my 1st real job i played it at work on my old laptop haha This game was my 2nd life before 2nd life came out! "2nd life sucks btw" Also on a unrelated note i hate how when i go to the ea forums every time you see a post about tso or making the sims 3 a online game its like 999 posts saying negative things... Sure tso had it's down sides but over all i love the sims and after i build a cool house i like to be able to show it to my friends without having to call them to come over irl haha

Awwwee, I never played TSO when it was up and I really regret that (Granted I was <11) but wow, 6 years. I seem to remember thinking of buying it but never actually getting down to doing it.

It's a shame TSO went down in the first place, but luckily we'll get it back :). I miss my Interhogan friends more than anything. Its been eight years since TSO died to me. EAL tried to make TSO a freemium game. New content makes things fresh, but the community keeps it alive.

I really wanted Interhogan to be my city. Loved the layout and everything. Clips from The Sims Online Minute pushed me towards it too. When I joined in 2006 I noticed there was barely anyone living there. Saddened me. Blazing Falls ended up being my city. At that point BF and AV were the only busy cities. I left a few months before EA-Land was pushed, not even knowing about the change ahead.

Busy lives, it sure doesn't seem that long - dang :( I remember going to bed crying that night :'( I had no car and the game was my only way to socialize back then *sigh*
I too am very happy it is coming back :D

Really was a shame to see it die. TSO was one of the first online games I ever played. Can't believe it's been 8 years now, it feels just like yesterday...
Still, all the hard work you guys have been putting into bringing it back will pay off soon, and I'm very excited to see it's glorious return. ^_^

ditto what everyone here has said... plus for me, TSO holds a lot of great memories, not just cuz it was my first online game, but also because of the great fun in building/decorating my houses, being able to travel to various cities and making friends in each one, and you can't beat it's simpliciity as a game and a chat room. Best of luck to you guys working so hard to bring it back. Can't wait!

I was a beta tester from September 2002, and played until sunset 1st Aug 2008. I was a money launderer and drug dealer , moving funds for players between the different cities using 8 accounts to do so. I loved TSO that much that it was worth the $80 a month it cost me to play.

No other virtual world has ever meant so much to me. It is a dream come true to see it emerging again, even the fact of spending a few hours in a city is so exciting to me.
