Broken Simantics & Lot Debut Temporary Workaround

NOTE I AM *NOT A OFFICIAL DEVELOPER* OF THIS GAME EMULATOR but HERE is a list of instruction showing how far i've gotten with the tool buttons we have been given to occupy our time with while we wait for beloved Team Dollhouse to roll out another update fix. THANK YOU AGAIN TEAM DOLLHOUSE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK TRYING TO MAKE THIS WORK!
1. click Simantics & Debug mode at the login screen and let it load
2. click the Debug button at the top right of the screen until a window named "scene inpector" pops up
3. double click on tso.world.World and then click on Camera
4. Scroll down on the list and change the Zoom "near" option to "medium"
5. Go back to the main game window and click on the "Simantics" button under the "Debug" Button until a window named "Simantics pops up"
6. In the Simantics window's search bar type "sim" then double click on sim when it shows up in the search results
7. Click on the properties tab and then double click on "+position" and change both the X and Y coordinates to 31.5 at this point a Sim should be present in the center of your screen!
8. Go back to the main game window and click on the "Debug" button again and change the zoom option of the camera back from "medium" to "near"(this can be found by double clicking the camera name and scrolling down to the bottom of the list of options)
9. Go back to your "Simantics" window and select "Sim" again and go to the "TTAB" tab
10. Now scroll down and select an animation to play and when your ready click the "Execute" button, it should have a picture of a black Play button.
NOW ENJOY YOUR WATCHING YOUR SIM CARRY OUT RANDOM INTERACTIVE ACTIONS/ANIMATIONS!:D (just ignore the ones starting with the word "idle" for now they seem to just freeze your Sim, some of the other actions including the Dance moves even freeze at the end of the animation forcing you to restart the game) :confused:

I might also add you can use these window options to rotate the camera as well ha zoom in/out , but for some reason using the actual UI buttons to do so crashes the game but not only that it also shows us that no objects are present in the lot to interact with like some people have shown their videos, just the Sim can be played with and moved around for some reason. :confused:

The actual UI buttons are not hooked up and therefore will definitely crash the game. I have absolutely no idea why the objects and scrolling (how??) are not functioning correctly. Do the object names appear correctly on the SimAntics window?

The other rotations are currently broken and 2/4 will show no objects at all, so don't use those for now.
 
SimAntics was included in the update for further real testing. No one said it was finished. Just certain implantation within the SimAntics VM are complete.

YES!, all the objects show up in the Simantics window options but THEY DO NOT appear on screen when I use the debug camera options to zoom out and see if they are scattered around the Sim's default position, plus it won't let me change their X and Y axis of those objects, only the X and Y axis of the Sim on the Lot itself.
 
Just to make sure it's not a problem with a library missing/mismatch, extract this somewhere and run Project Dollhouse Client:

Tell me if it works any better.

I extracted this to my documents then ran it from PD Client and now it works just like it did before the last update .... everything is there .. scrolling works very good, fed fish put out fire, swept up ashes .... works great
 
OK, definitely a problem with the wrong version libs being sent out then.
 
My results using your last uploaded version: Enter in the lot normally, some interactions work normally, sound of the fish loop constantly, directions of course not work, crash at repair stuff, and when take out the trash, and when debug interactions, also may i say if you can add a different kind of lot to test more objects???
 
Dude, there's no need to add more objects. What you're currently seeing is the extent of the VM implementation.
 
Well, a lot more of the objects I haven't put on the lot yet will work fine or even perfectly depending on how much they depend on other objects (chairs etc) or if they're multitile. You'll be able to test all of those after I implement buy mode, after multitile objects of course...
