The head of the Sims is as if the neck was over his head

... your images aren't showing properly. And the problem is probably related to your graphics card.
 
Before formatting my laptop , the game did not have this bug :(
EDIT: I have an Intel HD Graphics 3000 (Intel Core i5 2450M)
