Can't install TSO. Method not found: 'Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.

This is what I get after "install everything".
Full Exception Info: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.CreateSubKey(System.String, Boolean)'.

I run "freeso installer" as administration, net framework is up to date.

I also wanted to install The Sims Online.exe (I found that in the guide) and I got "Setup The Sims Online.exe has stopped working".

So, I've tried again this solution:

and it worked.
But when I play freeso, I get that error:

So, I did everything according to that guide:

After I did that, I downloaded the FreeSO installer:
http://freeso.org/download/
and did everything according to instruction there. After the question about reinstalling the game becasue it's already installed, I clicked "no". And it works!

I didn't fix "Setup The Sims Online.exe has stopped working" though. I've tried again and it worked.
