Can't play with OpenGL/DirectX and too much lag with System

Hey guys,
I started yesterday and I can't play with OpenGL/DirectX. I tried everything: reinstall, download all kinds of drivers and it doesn't work with two of my computers. The problem is because when I play with System it is lagging. I don't understand what is happening because I can play other games without any problems, TS1, TS2, TS3... I use Windows 7.

When I use OpenGL it works but when I loggin it breaks...

Update your DirectX components, since some could potentially could be missing. Also make sure to plug in a pair of headphones and set the right speaker in Playback Devices (right click on the speaker icon)

I attached the file in a .zip package since the micorsoft's website may not work for you.
