Can't Start The Game !

Hi ^^ I have Windows 10 on my Laptop with a GeForce 9100M G because my old GeForce GT230M Is broken from overheating (115°c) and when i get into the City View (At SimAntics & Lot Debug Mode) i just get this Crash
I use dist-65 and it wouldnt work :/
I hope you can help me, Methode nicht gefunden means Method not Found and bei means at

Rename tso.world.dll to something completely random and see if that works, if it doesn't rename it back to tso.world.dll

Had after that the Error , that The Blueprints folder would be in libs/Content/Blueprints
