Change Sim Name

Hi there, will it be possible at some point to change our sim's name in game like the old days on TSO ?

Sorry if it's already been discussed, I did search on here using the search 'Name' but it's to short and 'change' brings up too many results.

Yes - it should behave similarly to sim retire, though without having to worry about evicting you from a lot. All cross references are by ID anyways.

Am I able to change my Sim's name at this point in time, and if so, how? Sorry, I'm new and I didn't quite understand RHY's response. I tried retiring another Sim of mine but it gave me an error or something.

Edit: I'm sorry, I just realised how old this thread was! I wasn't sure whether to make a new one or just comment here. I'll make a new one if it's preferred.
