Changing Lot Categories

I am a original Sims online beta tester. I started playing the game in October 2002.

My lot is a skill lot right now and I would like to change it to a money lot. The game will not allow me to change my lot categories. It has been 7 days since I bought the lot and changed it to skills. Any help would be great .

There are 2 requirements. The 7 day wait that you mentioned and also that the lot must be closed at the time. Neither you nor anyone else can be on it. You can amke the change from the map view
