How would I go about developing custom items in sandbox mode? Just for fun. Since FreeSO pulls content from TSO's assets, would you just modify the TSO assets? Or would you need to make a hook into the item loading script to add items outside of the TSO binaries?
Guides & guidelines are not far away for this type of content. FreeSO is also not too far away from a centralized system of managing custom content submissions.
