Error when trying to open the game...(FreeSO)

When trying to open the game i get this error:

Why does this happen?
Extra Info: The Game is installed on hard drive D, and i have TSO installed

Change to the directory C: "Program Files"

This exception has absolutely nothing to do with the location of TSO in your repertory... it's an error that you only need to ignored (don't click on OK), you can simply continue to play if you put it behind the window of TSO.

I changed the Directory as Simhrique said and it's working
