NOTICE: This may not be supported in the online mode and should only be used to blueprint map purposes (i.e. Playtesting supports it but lots may be locked to a size in the future!)
ANOTHER NOTICE: I advise you to first back up your lot's blueprint before you do this!
Supersizing your lot is very easy; just go into notepad(++ if possible!), and open up the .xml of the blueprint you want to supersize:

You can find the blueprints in your Project Dollhouse directory in the Content folder, there is a Blueprints directory containing your empty_lot.xml blueprint and any saved houses. I'm using a copy of the empty_lot.xml file as a demonstration.
Now, go to the line that starts with "<size>" and replace 64 (or whatever the value between "<size>" and "</size>" is) with however many tiles you want your lot to have - remember that this value is size*size because lots are square! I have tested this with 128, 256 and 512 and they have worked; I have not tested it with 1024 yet but it would be funny to see someone make a 1024x1024 lot!
For example, for a 512x512 lot,
