Does anyone know how to view the code inside of .cat files? But again use anything to translate to see the contents of it? Cause i have a problem with a game. Please don't report me for being off topic,But im being impatient,and need help. Mind if i upload a file on a different site to link here to help me? I need the help.

Please! Someone help! I wanna have the game be modified so badly,But until these files are cracked,I won't be able to make a mod for it. Im dying for it. Until the Action Nodes,Aka Directories are discovered,Im doomed. aka,IT HURTS D:
 
Bully Scholarship Edition. There's this mod i want,But i need their .cat files to be encoded or whatever it is,to find out the hidden text. I've gathered all the .cat files that need to be encoded. But what i really need is the AI_Social.cat to be figured out. The others i will get later. Heres the link to all the files.

Okay.. Thanks! Honestly,I don't quite know anything about making mods.
Not with C++,LUA,Or anything. (As well as we need reverse engineerings,because for the game,We can't start the mod,Without a reverse engineerer(s) and people using C++ and more. Because without people like that,We can't make,A MULTIPLAYER MOD. ;3 But im dying with all my heart to be patient while they do what they can. But we need people like you and afr0,But right now,You guys's main priority is The Sims Online. SO im useless to getting help.
 
To be honest, I could give you TSOEmu's entire source code, or the application, because I do not know how to hack,
But I do know how to code.(You need Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate for the source code.)

EDIT:Already sent it.
Instructions:
Goto TSOEmu True/TSOEmu True/bin/debug. Run TSOEmu True.exe
Click Login,Click Login again, create the sim you can create right now(click the clickable cas slot), click the check. And have fun :)
Talking is case sensitive.
Talk commands:/send_chat Hello /send_chat This is TSOEMU! /close_chat (by the way, to execute talking click send
when you have the commands in the packet sender.)
To walk/teleport: click around the grass,not the ui bar.

BTW, look in your PM.(thats were the download will be.-shot-)

The .cat decompiled files? Or the TSO thing?
