Ok, well...
I download all and i join into the client, and there are a login window, i put my things, but i didn't register anywhere... Then i'm on 3 sims choose, i click on create a sim and then there are not any World to play D:

Please, tell me what i did wrong :s
 
Awfully late reply, but perhaps you were trying to do this at a time when the servers were down. Try scrolling up too - by default it's scrolled all the way down (when you open the "What City Do You Want To Live In?" menu.

To be honest I can't find the city either at the moment, but I've already got a Sim so it's no issue to me
