Is it possible to make multiple accounts on the same IP?

Hey everyone, so I have no idea if this is in the right section but I remember seeing in a FAQ that making multiple accounts wasn't possible but I was wondering if that was still a thing. My family and I want to play FreeSO but we didn't know if the one account per IP address was still a thing.
 
You can all play, each person needs their own account and you can't have more than 1 person playing on each account at the same time.
And neither own more than one account.
