Job moochers!

I was at the restaurant with a sim who purposely stood there and did nothing while the rest of us worked, and she collected the money! She was not AFK, she said she likes the money, but doesn't want to help. Is there any way to keep a person like this from coming to your work? The ignore feature is supposed to prevent that, yet she showed up again the next shift! We should be able to force a sim outside the restaurant when they don't help.
 
What sim is it? Since this is exploiting a bug (non-working sims should not get paid in restaurant) or unimplemented feature (ignore affecting job matchmaker), it's a ban worthy offence. We can keep an eye on them in future.
 
The sim name is WelshRoxy. Oddly enough, my other sim went to work at the factory, and RoxyLife, roommate of WelshRoxy, was there and doing the exact same thing. Appears to be the same person.
 
Here is another one. Stayed in the bathroom through the whole shift. Screenshot shows the sim, named diner moochers.jpg Cuong.

I was there during that shift (Stewen Grybb) and I can confirm that she was slacking. Stood still in the bathroom for 3 or 4 shifts, then she started moving. Don't know if she took any orders during the last shift, though, but it was towards the end that she moved around.

Two job moochers, kept dancing in the kitchen. Magenta Reese and Mistycal Madness.
 
Stewen Grybb (sim) and his boyfriend just stood there at work and did nothing. Sabotaged delivery of food and constantly complained about other sims.

Whut? I don't have a boyfriend and all the times I've worked I've done stuff, or offered to help..
 
Have had similar happen a few times since joining over a week ago. It happens in the robot factory too. Although I did see it when I did one shift in the restaurant. I decided not to do the jobs anymore.
