Manifest error!

The latest installer doesn't work properly. It keeps giving me "No Maxis products were found" and "Unable to find manifest". How do i fix this? It worked the first time.
 
You'll need to reinstall if you get unable to find manifest. It's a bug with the existing patcher.
 
Most people seem to just ignore it. Not sure why it keeps popping up for some people using x64 systems and not for others.
