Property fires

I believe there is a chance for fires to be started with a firework rocket, but it's pretty miniscule. There really aren't many (if any) ways for a regular player to start one. Admins can start one on command thanks to the power of stoves though!
Fire also doesn't spread, so if you're looking to burn your property for the (nonexistent) insurance money, you're out of luck.

But play on April Fools' Day next year, fires will spread and start as a result of fireplaces, stoves, and basically any other way they can start in the original Sims game.
