So, for the longest time I've been thinking about this. I've been playing since 2017 and I was really strucked by how much of the entire map was already bought out by other players. It's lowkey hard to find an empty lot next to the streets, and given how many of already owned ones there already is (a lot) and how many concurrent players there are (also quite a lot but not as much) I was wondering if you ever though of having maybe weekly taxes to pay for your property in order to encourage players to keep playing, and for long unused owned lots to eventually become available again for newer players.
Of course, something like this could suck for players with low frequencies of play... but if you're such player maybe consider not owning a lot and instead becoming a roommate. I, personally, don't play that often, but I wouldn't be upset if after a long time I logged in to play and found out I didn't have my lot anymore, and on top of that my money count was zero... I mean of course it depends on the amount of time I was absent; by the sixth month I feel I shouldn't deserve to keep new players from buying my well positioned lot.
Yeah

Yeah
