Question about multiple sims

I was reading the guidelines but i didn't quite get one thing and I want to be completely sure:
You can't have multiple sims in your account whatsoever? or you just can't be online with both at the same time on like different computers?
Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place

You can create sims in all three lots and use them Just NOT more than one at a time.
