Registration Question

I am sorry if I over looked something.
I registered and downloaded the game yesterday. I showed it to my brother today but can`t find where you can register again for the game?
Have I just forgot where to find it or isn`t it possible anymore? He cna`t play the game without a Log In right?

I tried to but it always says that I already have an account with this IP. I am sure i haven't. So I tried to log in with my phone and it said again that I alteady have an Account with this IP.
 
Ah I got it!
Because my Brother and I have the use the same IP. It is not possible for both of us to play.
