This npc cost about 50000$ (on a phone rn, can't type in simolean symbol). Found under misc catalog.
This npc can be program to do the respective your expertize in, ,or better balance if you find it overpowered: max out at.
Cooking: allows them cook when visitors, or instead when there aren't any - roomates, are hungry.
Mechanical: fix/repair stuff.
Charisma: chats up and talks to visitors (benefits in increasing social).
Body/Logic: does body/logic stuff respectively.
Creativity: does creative.
These Servos act like the substitute when roomates&owner are not allowed, leaving the lot open as long as they around active, but-- with a big BUTt: not for long. Okay, so once they finish doing their thing: finish making a meal, chatting the visitor (after the servo fulfills one player's social need, the robot then goes to accompany another one without return back to that talked player after their SOCIAL depletes), repairing stuff, ect-- the servo will then shut down (a.k.a/i.e. which results in closing the lot until the lot owner/roomate returns).
This npc should have a cooldown. The Countdown of it will start once the/a owner/roomate returns, just for the sake of preventing offline-keep-lot-open abuse.
Another one of the con's: servos need mainting. And with that, there is a timer: once you (the owner/roomate) fail to manage to maintain them in time, the robot will expire/break, rendering permenantly useless. This also decreases ROOM motive in the are they're presented at, so you will have to "dispose" them in a trash bin (don't worry, they will be RECYCLED in there) since it does no good as decorational item.
