I'm using WinRAR to download the file every time when the tso.client file is updated do I press 'yes' to backup the file on the Pather?

I don't believe so, but it will start again when the new website is up soon I'm sure. You can actually go to Rhys' TeamCity link, click the Changes option at the top, and there you can view the latest commits with Rhys' comments on what he did. That's a good go-to for now.
