Sims 1 in FreeSO/New Engine?

Hi was wondering if anyone has or is building TS1 into a new engine, I've looked into Simitone and the SimsVille project but I can't get the latter to run and Simitone is on hold. Not exactly what i'm looking for however but I was willing to compromise.
I've been having issues running TS1 on my tab/laptop hybrid on Win 10, the game works but part of the screen is missing making it unplayable, I had the exact same problem with Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 but I've since installed OpenRCT2 which has fixed the issue leading me to believe if TS1 engine was rebuilt or replaced with FreeSO engine that would also fix my issue as I don't have the problem in FreeSO.
I have been scouring the internet for months looking for a solution, tried all the compatibility settings, asked sims forums for help and posted on Intel forums (as I have an atom processor) they gave me a different driver which didn't help and said they'd look into the issue but I haven't heard anything for over a month.
I even tried to dual boot with Win 7 but it's uefi bios and complicated, wasted many hours on that one. So basically I feel like this is my last option!
I just want to play TS1 on the go, can anyone help? :(

This is now solved:

Simitone is TS1 on the FreeSO engine. It is just incomplete right now.

My strategy for getting TS1 running on windows 10 is to run it with no compatibility options, as admin, in windowed mode. The screen starts solid black, but you can solve this by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then clicking "cancel".

I did know that but I must have misunderstood your intentions for simitone, I thought you was focusing that on being a mobile app rather than PC and since that's no longer a possibility I thought that was it, sorry I clearly didn't read your post fully.
Will the finished result have the same UI as original sims? Or will you keep your new UI? Maybe an option to switch between the two?

Thank you for your hard work, I can't wait until it's finished :)

It will not have the original UI as there are no scripts available to use it. Additionally the original UI was kind of terrible anyways.
