So this idea pop in my mind while I was on a toilet. Seeing that "service" lot covers too many motive utilities and off-beat being an obstract category (tho I think it should be removed) for my restaurant lot, I think sub-categories would help out this a bit and be less mind-puzzling when your in dilemma to choose between two types.
This would provide a boost, bonus or benefit to the particular domain that these sub-categories cover. Only one (or if you find to limit, let it be two than) sub-category can be chosen for lot:
