Kinda just throwing this out there
But it would cool if there was another category for teaching.
Sims can use their teaching skill to help other players skill up quickly. make the lots make it so needs don’t decay so fast?

Teach at a service or entertainment lot maybe? Check the lot category descriptions and find one that decays motives slowest, white up, then go for it!
