Oh, that looks pretty specific. Do you have .NET and XNA 3.1 installed? I'm not sure of the specifics for windows 8 since it's a piece of trash.

XNA 3.1 yes, and do you mean BASS.NET?

Microsoft .NET, not sure if the older versions come with windows 8.

Try installing Bass.NET too!

I have windows 8 and never had a problem with PD running for me ... and I kinda like my windows 8 .... just saying ... I'm sorry yours doesn't work.

I too have Windows 8, and I just tried it, it works good for me too... not sure why not for you

Try running in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

Same, PD runs fine for me on Windows 8. Blaming the poor OS!

I have had to force my computer to accept some downloads from Afro because they are so new ... some of them I didn't realize the computer took them and quarantined them, not saying this happened to anyone else but ... it's something to check out.
