Updating Issues

I have version 9 of FreeSO and when I put in my login information on the launch screen, it says I need to update to version 11. When I click "yes" on the popup, it just stays on 0% saying "Attemping to get login information". I've left it for about 40 minutes now and it won't update.
What can I do to fix this?
