What "How to Guides" would you like to see?

Looking to create guides visual and verbal for situations in game and getting started with the game.
For example:
Money making guides
Skill guides
Roof art and design guides

Any suggestions..
And yes before you say it, I'm aware other TSO sites have guides, these will be PD guides available here on the official PD site.

Well, TSO's economy did kinda sucked. In my opinion, I can see this being adjusted rather quickly - like the default wallpaper getting replaced. So, guides may need to be revised in the future.

When I left the game the economy was in the dirt. I blame most of it to a bug that happened at one point in time that had some sims BILLIONAIRES before the bug was fixed and by then, they had already flooded eBay with millions for 3 USD or less, when they used to market for 15 USD and up. Shortly after, all rates started losing value too.
 
The confusion was regarding xezno's post which was basically "SKILL LOTS" over and over.
 
I'm slowly working on a skill guide, going through various sim sites to get the best and most accurate information to use along with not completely plagiarizing the info I use. Skill lots will go in with this guide @xezno
