Wheres the link for the TSO download?

What's going to happen is you won't be able to download anymore, so do it while you can.
 
But does that mean that no one will be able to play PD unless they downloaded it first? Or would you distribute it?
 
We can't legally distribute the game files. If users get the game files via any alternative means though, they will still work with PD.

What if you could buy the rights from EA for it? NIOTSO have no official releases so this seems ideal.

I don't see how this issue has anything to do with Niotso. You can already download the game files, easily and for free, so there's really no drive for us to buy the rights to one of EA's most valued properties.

No, the game will still exist. We will not be able to provide it though, users will have to share the copies they have already downloaded.
