I have got FreeSO to work on my Nexus 7 (2013 edition) and it worked perfectly! Except since it so old in specifications I can hardly click or make a selection to enter a lot at all! :( I don't really mind about only playing TSO on PC anyway.

Just a suggestion on what I had to do after using JDrock's installer: If you have got the FreeSO folder in "C:\Program Files\Maxis\", cut all the contents inside of the folder to: "C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient\packingslips"

You should try to launch the game in full-screen, I think I have had the same problem too before..... Also make sure that you are running the latest dist (last successful one)
