What is a hotfix?
0.1.22.0 and below contain a bug in PDPatcher where it's unable to locate The Sims Online or any manifest files, despite being launched in The Sims Online directory, if you're a 64bit Windows user, such as myself. This wasn't a problem at first, even with the errors, but recently it has been kinda impossible to launch from the patcher itself, and leaving you with an outdated game unless you re-installed with Kon-Kiki and used the PDBootstrap.exe.
In a recent Git update, this was fixed. It was tested, according to the comments, and I even tested it myself agiest the 0.1.22.0. I decided to take the liberty of compiling this recent fix and providing it for any Windows x64 users interested in this project. This is untested on 32bit, though.
In order for this fix to work successfully, you must extract to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOPatch or
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOPatch, and "Yes to all" when asked to override. This fix
WILL NOT give you the bleeding edge features and fixes from Git. The patcher and client are integrated, or I wouldn't be making this thread.
