I know what happens First I have to change the resolution, THEN start the game. I had started the launcher, then changed the resolution, so I did not get it. I rebooted the PC with 800x600 and now it works fine at that resolution. Once I open the launcher, when I close it on the taskbar, it will not let me reopen it because it says it is already open (although it is not) so I must reboot the entire PC.
Yes, you need to run the game applying the settings first.
When you click on the "x" of the launcher's UI it does not close the app, it continues running in the background.
You can close it by right clicking the icon in the system tray and clicking on "Exit".

Language picker is finished.

Will look into it then.
When the launcher updates you get the "already running" error too when it restarts?
I've reprogrammed everything in this new version, so your issue might be fixed. Be sure to report if it continues happening.

Portuguese is now supported (uitexts and objects), thanks to @Simhrique0990

File distribution is looking much cleaner too.

If FreeSO translators want to update their language pack further after release, they will have to send the updated files to me, and I will push a general launcher update to include them.

Are you reading the patcher images from the installation yet?

When I close the launcher on the taskbar with "exit" and I'm going to play again it tells me that it is already running. Then I have to restart the PC. The only thing is to never close it from the taskbar, it does not bother. It's just that if I want to change resolution it's a bummer because I would have to restart the PC.

Update 1.5 Multi-Language Support
- All the code has been rewritten from the ground up: Has been made more modular, so when one part fails, the other functionality of the updater isn't affected.
- MULTI-4 game language support (English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese).
- Automatic Launcher translation (English, Spanish).
- General improvements and future proofing.

WARNING: If you're a modder watch out for the Content/Patch/ dir, the launcher extracts the translated objects there.

Are you reading the patcher images from the installation yet?
Not sure if I should just make a custom design or figure that out.

New update creates translations folder outside of User.
If you've manually applied object translations before, please delete them from your FreeSO/Content/Patch/User/ folder or wherever you put them.
The launcher will take care of the rest ;)

New update fixes the "FreeSO Update Utility is already running" check.
Didn't realize this wasn't working correctly on 32-bit...
@Oniji Abukara this will fix your problem.

Also, instead of showing that aggressive error message, it focuses on the current window.
