None of the versions of TSO that'll be supported need translations, since they were already done. (Apart from Japanese, since the game was released in English)

yeah, you'll get an icon on your desktop.

But you get prompted for a sign in dialog and how do you play if the EA servers are down for it?

check the website again, there's a post from 2013 which should explain how to get online again, keep in mind this game IS STILL NOT PLAYABLE YET.

I've tried using 2 hex programs, But the hex values I need to change, Can't be found and I don't know why

I'm not sure, sorry, but As I've said, you're better off waiting, since this stuff is VERY technical, and this game isn't fully playable yet.

I managed to connect to the Niotso server and to CAS. Am I right in understanding that you can't get past the CAS or enter a city through the cilent at this point? or am i missing a command in the TSO-SE to get past the CAS or connect with the premade sim?

edit: nevermind. Managed to get to the map view and looked around the city view. This looks very promising, Keep it up!

there's only a few on the wiki. Mine and Fatbag's total numbers of packets made are probably around 600 or above
