Looks like it is failing to find textures.xml in your "C:\Program Files\FreeSO\The Sims Online\TSOClient\packingslips" directory and maybe some other files too. Check if that directory exists along with the textures.xml file.

You need to have more content in your TSOClient folder.... along with your packingslips, they are looking rather empty. I would recommend a full reinstall of FreeSO. Edit: Right now you have no FreeSO.exe in your packingslips folder and hardly anything in your TSOClient folder as well. It seems...

I have got FreeSO to work on my Nexus 7 (2013 edition) and it worked perfectly! Except since it so old in specifications I can hardly click or make a selection to enter a lot at all! :( I don't really mind about only playing TSO on PC anyway.
