It could unfortunately be that your graphics card (Integrated or dedicated, depends) can't support FreeSO's requirement of OpenGL 3.0. Or something along those lines.......

Run FreeSO as administrator. To help you in the future you can also create a shortcut to FreeSO and tick the box to always run as administrator in the "Compatibility" tab. You could do the same for the shortcut that gets installed automatically with JDrocks installer :p

If you really must (and you can) delete the "MSZipTemp" folder where the "FreeSO Installer.exe" is located. It will allow you to re-do the entire TSO installation (hopefully without CAB errors!) - If that still doesn't work, you could try to re-extract the installer from the .zip you downloaded.
