Maybe try and clean out your temp folders in AppData. You could also uninstall the launcher and reinstall it again.

Other people have to be on the lot/property (owner or roommate) and have it open to the public (it will show a message saying otherwise indicating permissions insufficient)

Make sure that your computer does not go to sleep or else it could mess with the installation. It can be your unstable internet if it is unstable

Your audio device(s) seems to be not working properly, maybe a driver is missing for a certain device. Try and set your default audio device by right-clicking your speaker icon in your taskbar; click "Playback devices". Proceed to right click the speaker that you want to use and set it to default.

The launcher works for me now! :D (Had to update the launcher manually instead though) The launcher is quite good and no longer gets stuck. Good work Sim!
